Competition
Burnt Finger BBQ began competing on the Kansas City Barbecue Society’s professional barbecue circuit at the tail-end of the 2008 season. Since that time we have accumulated over 50 cooking awards, including a Grand Championship, 33 top five finishes, 4 category championships, and an elusive perfect 180.
